Recipe: Instant Pot Greek Style "Butter" Beans

In a great example of how a wonderful recipe can change your perspective, I offer this lima bean recipe. (The author of the recipe calls them butter beans? Hence the title.)

The only time I have ever had lima beans and liked them was when Paula made them using the homegrown beans from her dad's garden. Now I have another recipe to add to the list of lima options.

Buds ate his with sour cream and declared the dish a hit. I used veggie broth to saute the onions, etc, omitting the oil.

Any way we can find to enjoy beans is a win.
