Record Time

Rochester has always been generous with us. We've gotten many items from our relaxed neighbors. This is not a town that Freecycles. People just set their unwanteds out on the curb and the new owner wanders by and takes the items to their new home.

We hit the jackpot on the ride home from CrossFit a couple weeks ago. Someone tired of their record collection, or someone's partner cheated on them and the cheater found their record collection gone; I don't know the details, but I do know we now have a hefty new record collection.

I'm loving listening to all this new music as I type on my typewriter in our house built in 1900. Pardon me as I put on my bonnet for a ride in my surrey with the fringe on top.
