Seventeen and Counting!

The eldest turned 17 today. She wanted Costco pizza for lunch, a stop at GameStop, and a relaxing day.

We were able to deliver on all those.

Kind cousins came over for a visit yesterday and baked her chosen chocolate cake.

Then Costco and GameStop today, and cake once Buds was home.

For a fantastic birthday present, she received notice that she’s been admitted for Dual-Enrollment at our local community college so she’ll be considering a class or two for credit.

She also received birthday wishes from family and other loved ones from around the world.

A lovely birthday for this beloved person.
