Buster Turns 14

The Buster’s birthday is in April. He wasn’t feeling well over his birthday, so we waited to celebrate when he was back to 100%.

When he was back to 100% Yessa wasn’t feeling well so he kindly suggested we wait to celebrate when she was 100%.

We finally got to 100% for everyone in May.

Being a fellow of simple preferences Buster was very clear about what he wanted; lunch at Panera, ice cream from Kilwin’s, and a red velvet cake.

Time to make the cake:

It was more of a gray-velvet cake since I forgot to get red food coloring. Still tasted delicious, though.

The two bigs had a good time laughing at the Lego Bible with Fi. The use of Hagrid’s lego hair and beard for Samson was a particular highlight.
Fi and Imani helped us eat cake.
We also got some time in swimming at cousin’s pool.
He forgot to bring a book, so he borrowed from me.
His birth day.
Snuggled with my dad.
I refuse to believe he’s caught me.
He’s close to catching Buds.

This last year has brought many changes for our middle one. He’s still the sensitive, kind, intense, quick-witted soul he’s always been.

Happy Birthday, Dearest Buster.
