The 2026 Crossfit Quarterfinals are over. We'll have to wait until 3pm today to see the scores. The best part was trying to recreate this meme from Predator with my buddy, the irrepressable Magda. Here's the meme, photo comes later.
The second best part was getting a discount on the weights I had to lift due to being in an older age group. While my workout bud Matt had to lift approximately twice his body weight in some events I was left relatively unscarred.
