CrossFit Moms and Daughters

This cat isn't the only thing this kiddo likes to pick up.

We were back to CrossFit this morning to watch and cheer some athletes completing their quarterfinal workouts, laugh and snuggle with some of the toddlers and infants, and we did actually get in benchpress and a workout of our own.

Our friend Erinne realized there were a bunch of mother/daughter teams at the gym, so she suggested we get a picture, and it makes me so happy.

Yessa's been around CrossFit a long time, and I love working out with her. All these kiddos being surrounded by loving support and powerful women.
