365# for 5 reps!!

Yessa and I didn't make it to CrossFit in time to see it, but the gym was abuzz with the news when we arrived.
It was 5-rep back squat day and Buddie busted out a personal record by squatting 365#-5 times. He definitely felt it, he told us later, but he's setting himself up nicely to break his one-rep max of 400# that brother Z and I got to witness in our garage in Nashville several years ago.
He just keeps getting better with age. πππ
