Baby Bump WOD For Charlie

Now that Yessa is a renewed CrossFitter with us, four of our five got to plastic wrap up for a workout yesterday.

The kids partnered up, and Buds and I were partners. I had to smile last night when Yessa told Buds they should be partners in the future because they tend to have more "drive" than Buster and I do.

I also had to laugh after we'd been at CrossFit together last week and the kids told me that they thought Buds was extroverted during the time I was away, but now that I'm back they realize how much talking I do. 😁😁

It was hot as heck and a bump load of fun.
