Instant Pot Carrot Soup

This is what I'm enjoying on this cold day. If you like a thick, comforting soup, it's a great choice.

It may look like baby food, but it's delicious and flavorful. I'll enjoy it over a big bowl of vegetables and seasoned tofu for dinner.
