Ground Beef?

I've been trying out some new vegan meals. Yessa asked to try a bite of my BBQ beet loaf.

"Hmmm. It really tastes like ground..."she said in a pondering voice.

"Ground beef?" I offered hopefully.

"No. Just ground." She smiled as she pointed at the floor.
