Athlete Of The Month!

He may not seek the spotlight, but it's great when it shines his way.

Buddie was tickled when Coach Kaley told him he was athlete of the month for our box. He's also told me that he concentrates much better on work and CrossFit when I'm not around, so I feel like it's my award, too. 😁
