Baby Bump WOD

In celebration of a young couple having their first baby, we took part in a CrossFit baby bump WOD this morning.

Saran wrap a 10-20# wall ball on your front and you are ready to go.

It was a team workout with power cleans, air squats, and biking for 20 minutes. Then you had to take your shoes off and put them back on. ๐Ÿ˜†

It was a fun way to start the day and be fondly reminded what carrying that extra 10-20#’s felt like. ๐Ÿ’–
