Now we’re on to Saturday morning. The plan was the first WOD around 8 and the second around 10.

WOD #2 was a two-parter.

Buds was a little unsure about the chest-to-wall handstand push-ups since he had totally mastered those yet. And the box jump and the cleans with a bum knee were a little tenuous. Additionally, he’d be jumping to a 30″ high box, when a 24″ box is the typical for workouts, but he was ready to get to it.

We arrived before everyone else. Getting wound up in the parking lot.
