WOD #3 Complete

The morning went fast.

He killed #3 and now he’s ready to rest. A little nap, then we’re headed to a movie.

WOD #3 was:

The time cap for this one was 30 minutes. The 185# bench presses were going to be tough, but he got to them and he got through 17 of them, which is fantastic.

One more workout tomorrow morning at 8 a.m., then we’ll do a full wrap up with Buddie commentary and pictures and video. This way, when he gets to the quarterfinals next year, he can look back here for memory jogs.
