Climbing Back On The Train

We’re nearing our 12 year CrossFit anniversary and we realized we both miss working out with a group of people; for very different reasons.

6 a.m. this morning found us at Park Avenue CrossFit, stretching, back squatting, and rowing.

Buds had an outstanding 5 rep max back squat set of 285 lbs. (He back squatted 285# 5 times in a row without racking the bar.)

It felt great to be back in a CrossFit space. Much work to do and we’re excited for the challenge.
