Give The Gift Of TSA Pre-check

The TSA should offer gift cards. The one other adult with me in the pre-check line and I were talking about how much we love it. Other people lined up 30 deep 30 minutes before the security gate opened at 3:30 a.m.

I lounged in my wheelchair until after the others had lined up in the regular line, then waltzed my way up to the agent to show my boarding pass and passport. The one person in front of me stopped to chug the water in his water bottle, so I was the first customer of the day for the security x-ray folks.

This sounds privileged and obnoxious, AND I truly am grateful for the money we have spent to skip the line.

If I were still standing in line, I wouldn’t be able to post these pithy insights, and how sad would that be for all of us?! 🥺
