Jenny has been telling of Budapest and Hungary. As many of you know, the Hungarian leader is an autocrat and the patriarchal societal bonds are still very fresh.

Buds has been getting a small amount of glee out of the old tradition of the wife losing her first name and being referred to as “wife of ‘surname.'”

As you can see from my face, the amusement is shared.

I’m going to start calling him “Son of Mary,” and see what he thinks.
