Hey, Family Members In The Back Seat In Sicily

Hey, Family Members In The Back Seat In Sicily

I love to drive.

I’m not good with directions.

Buddie is great with directions.

We make a good team.

In the old days, when the children were all under four feet tall, we could rent a mini car in Europe. We were Panda aficionados for many adventures.

Those days are over.

The only car we need to rent is for driving in Sicily on summer trip #1. (Still workshopping trip names. ๐Ÿ˜†)

Jenny and I have spent many hours trying to find best deals, best size, best company.

And you still don’t know what you’ll get when you arrive. The horror stories abound about rental cars.

So here’s part of the conversations Jenny and I had as we tried to get those cars rented!

It took hours across multiple days, but we’ve got two cars that will hold 10 people total.

If the children end up crammed in the back seat, it isn’t because we didn’t try our best.

We can mix and match who is feeling squished in the back seats across both vehicles.

But as for me, I’ll be driving. ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

Woo hoo! Sicily, here we come!
