Kids' Bathroom Day 2
It’s almost too bad Weston’s nearly done with the demo because he’s figured out an awesome system.
He’s sawing through the tile walls, then carrying out the squares of wall sections rather than having to pound it into chunks.
As this picture shows, the walls are inches of concrete thick.
This sawing technique created so much dust it was setting off the smoke detectors, so he put a fan in the window and sucked the dust out that way.
We joked about the neighbors calling the fire department, but short of that the new approach is perfect.
With the divider wall gone it feels so open.
The tub gets destroyed tomorrow, then the rebuild begins.
