How the Snooty Have Fallen

Coffee was a large part of our Italy trip. I’ve written about our love of the ritual around coffee preparation, and many of you have had to suffer in silence as we forced you to drink our coffee.

We had hopes for German coffee rituals.

We were wrong.

We have discovered that we would rather get a deal and pick inexpensive plastic or paper cups of coffee from the refrigerated section at the grocery store. We have no control over the quality or taste, but they’ve been as good as the more expensive cups we’ve been getting at cafes.
