Seventh Ireland Post: A Tour of Our Country Home

Seventh Ireland Post: A Tour of Our Country Home

For those who are paying attention, you’ll note that post six has not been published yet. Buds and I are writing that one together, and it takes more time, so I’m skipping over it to try and get caught up on our daily adventures overall.

For this post, we are going to take a tour of our amazing Limerick home. One of our good friends from Virginia is from here, and she has offered us use of her home for years, and we finally realized this was an opportunity we should not pass up. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that her generous offer spurred us on to making this trip.

The house is tucked away on a country road, just down from a little village. The situation is ideal in that there is a grocery store/gas station just 7 minutes away, and a pharmacy and larger grocery store in the other direction about 10 minutes away. CrossFit Limerick, with which we are becoming intimately familiar, is a 30-minute drive, and there are a vast number of easy day trips within a 2-hour drive of the house. We have really good internet, and the house has ample space for all of us.

Here’s the house in google maps so you can get a feel for the location: Our Limerick Home

Ignore any messiness in the house. It is totally our doing since De left the house spotless.

Next up: Buds and I will crank out our shared post/s, or I’ll write up our visit to the Cliffs of Moher.
