First Foster Fits In Fine

We’ve been volunteering with Proverbs 12:10 Rescue for a couple months now. They house dogs and cats in foster homes until their Furever Home can be found, and they maintain a “Cattery” at our local Petco where people can see some of the cats available.

We’ve been helping clean the cattery a couple times a month, but today we got our first foster cat.

Hamlet came home with us today. He was getting cranky being cooped up at the cattery, and he has certainly been happy to bounce around in our house.

He’s so fluffy we’re gonna die!

I’m also realizing it has been awhile since we’ve had a young, energetic pet in the house. First time I’ve seen a cat standing on the stove in a very long time.
