Ville's Visit

We had a lovely week-long visit from Monkey's best friend who lives near Las Vegas in October. They'd never been to visit before, and we were very excited to help celebrate their birthday and Halloween while we were all together.

I made my first German chocolate cake.

We showed Ville our favorite places around town, including thrifting and the public market.

Monkey and Ville braved the freezing cold Halloween weather to share candy with trick-or-treaters.

It was a fun, comfortable visit for everyone. Ville fit right in, and the week went so quickly. We'll be glad to get them back again soon.
