$400

$400

Monkey and I got our covid and flu boosters on Sunday, and we were talking about how much we guessed they would cost. Thanks to our insurance, or our state regulations, or some other unknown reason, we had to pay nothing, for which I am grateful. But, in guessing the actual cost, I thought the total for the two would be around $100, and I was so very, very wrong.

Anyone else who wants to share the prices when you get your boosters, please feel free. It all feels so random and made up. Why does it cost this much money?

For another piece of data, we got our shots at our local pharmacy, not at a doctor's office. That may play into cost, too?

Good health is priceless. Healthcare in the US is, too.
