Recipe: Tofu Chocolate Mousse

We made this recipe to take to dinner with friends, and everyone tried it and liked it, including our host who is not an adventurous eater. Now, she put the cow milk whipped cream we took along to sweeten the deal on top to balance her fears about the tofu, but seeing her go for a second helping was a huge compliment.
This is rich, delicious, and so smooth.
