Aunt R and M- Spring Break 2025

We were so excited when we heard these loved ones would be making their way to the Roc for Spring Break again this year. They've visited several times now, and it's always such relaxing fun to have them around. Since our kids had class and several of us had to work, they created their own fun on Thursday with a trip to Dogtown to dine and exploring at the Museum of Play.
Thursday night we celebrated Buster, then on Friday, I headed off to work while they got to hang out with Buds on his day off.
A trip to the Architectural Salvage store where Buds picked up a slide ruler for another gift for Buster.

And bless them, with help from Yessa, they went to the Garden Factory and got all the supplies needed to turn out porch into a blooming paradise.

Miles got to meet some of the neighborhood doggos, too.

Mocha is not pleased.

I was so surprised and thrilled when Buds walked me home after work to see my delighted face at the beauty they brought home.

In addition to the porch makeover, I was also surprised to look up as I was mixing up food at work, to see six of them walking through the doors of The Butcher, like little ducklings at the Peabody Hotel.
They were on their way to lunch at Dogtown again, and stopped by back on their way home to spend my break with me.
We spent out first evening watching "Pacific Rim," which is one of Miles' favorite movies. Buds and I hadn't seen it for years, and it was fun to watch again.
There was also game play of various sorts.

JackBox games provided insight into our personalities.

The days went quickly, and we're so glad we had the time together.

Thanks for coming over, Loved Ones. See you soon!!
