Spring Break-Iowa Edition-2025-Day 4-Little Hive on The Prairie

Cindy and I have been friends since college. Buds and I loved spending time with her when we lived in Iowa, though it was not as often as we would have liked, and I enjoy when I get to see her on trips back here.

Cindy and I had tried over multiple trips to find a time when we could head out to visit her prairie land, and this time, the stars finally aligned.

We met Cindy at an easy location so we could follow her out to the property. She's got the bees and a long-term vision, and we loved the chance to enjoy this beautiful, peaceful space.

We got to enjoy the perfect golden hour.

Cindy suggested we drive home through St. Charles, famous for covered bridges. It was an excellent wrap-up for the evening.
