Vegan Garlic Alfredo Sauce

This hit the spot in a big way when Yessa got home from class. We always add in extra veggies in some way, hence the spinach, and I put in vegan "sausage" bits, but this one is a keeper.
I also made 16 servings of non-vegan sausage rigatoni, and vegan and non-vegan lasagna. That should give my people some options for a couple meals.
