NYC 2025-DUMBO Apartment-Male Living Space

There's a subreddit called MaleLivingSpace that leapt to mind when we moved to our Dumbo, Brooklyn AirBNB. Dumbo presents a lot of physical contrasts with our Williamsburg location. We traded 3-5 story row houses for a converted warehouse district. We traded smells of delicious food and weed for sounds; the thunder of a train passing across the Manhattan bridge.

Our place is a loft with ample brick and soaring 10 (11? 12?) foot ceilings. Our host had a beautiful room set aside for us. A room with actual walking-around space, a mini fridge and a mini-microwave.

We've also traded eating out every meal for corner store meals and even some groceries.

Who wouldn't want these well-protected eggs.
