The Collaborator Award

On my coffee video chat with Niece Teresa this morning, she nonchalantly asked, "Did I tell you I won the Collaborator Award this year at work?"

NO! She had not told me. As I cried from excitement and pride for her, she mentioned an award she won in 2019 that I also did not know about.

And then, when I insisted she send me pictures so I could write a blog post about how amazing she is, it turns out there was a third award in the mix, too.

Teresa said the middle award weighs about 20 pounds.

She is so incredibly smart, hard-working, insightful, and brave. I just love this kiddo.

Her boss told her she was nominated for all 6 of the annual awards they give, and the Collaborator Award made the most sense for this year.

Can confirm she is great at Collaborating, and inspiring, and being generous and loving.

I've known her since the day she was born and she just keeps getting better.

Congratulations a million times over! I am so incredibly proud of you.
