Spain 2024 Day -1

The bags are packed as much as they can be. The final chores are complete. Buds has had a day packed with intense meetings, and we're all looking forward to a quiet family movie night watching Barbie.

We'll head to the airport around 8:00 tomorrow morning, driven by our personal chauffeur.

I was thinking that the must unrealistic part of the first Home Alone movie is that everyone slept so soundly the night before a huge trip that no one woke up to sound the alarm of time ticking away. I hope we get some sleep tonight, but won't be shocked if we don't.

Let the "We've been together 30 years" adventure begin.
