I’ve been food prepping lately and have three recipes that make big batches and that several of us have been willing to eat with various additions of hot sauce, sour cream, and salt.

All of these are made in the instant pot, which is my standard.

Shane and Simple’s website is a vegan staple and the potato soup is easy and delicious.

The veggie biryani was great.

I made the chickpea rice soup two weeks in a row because it was both delicious and comforting with a chicken soup vibe. I did include the soy curls for a chicken-esque texture.
