Take That, Winter!

Knowing that ice and snow had it in for us, Yessa and I left Iowa at 1:40 this morning to beat the worst of the weather if we could.

Thanks for all the loving check-ins and phone calls. We drove into our driveway at 4:30 p.m.

Despite the nearly constant rain, the freezing temperatures, and stupid Cleveland with its rain, fog, and drivers that don’t use headlights, only 14 hours for the trip home.

So glad to be here where we can now enjoy the snowfall in Rochester.

We had a great time in Iowa, more to come about that.
