Caramelized Onions

Just cooked up onions using this method this morning, minus the oil, and it worked well. I had to stay in the kitchen to be sure I didn’t forget about them, so I also cooked up a batch of ground nut stew and a batch of rice.

Good eatin’ this weekend.
