Europe Trip #2 - July 2, 2022 - What Really Happened

We need to jump back in time. Back to the end of Gem-Fest when our family headed to Regensburg.

One of us started not feeling well. One of us tested positive for covid and all the rest were negative. At that point we split into two groups, and the trip changed a great deal.

We didn’t want to share the complete information until we were all settled back in Rochester and that finally happened yesterday. The blog posts that will follow are ones that are from that time but not published.

It was a very strange time for all of us. The sickness wasn’t very bad, but still very distressing, the worry about how the trip would end was very heavy. I missed being with all my people all together.

I am so glad we’re all home. Healthy and happy.
