Sense Theater Update

Several folks have asked if Monkey has heard updates on the research study she’ll be taking part in and she did get an update just last week.

She’s been assigned to the “WaitList” control group, which means she’ll take part in the study beginning in late summer/early fall. The production is tentatively scheduled for Sept. 18; many months down the road. It sounds like there will be practice several times a week throughout September, then the production.

In the next couple weeks, she’ll visit Vanderbilt for testing that will include neuropsychological testing, a brief social interaction activity, and a research EEG (electroencephalography) task. There will be additional self-reporting to be done at home.

Several months of not much, and then several weeks of intensity.

Should be very interesting.
