The Crossfit World Is So Small

I’m at our rental condo today, getting it ready for the new folks to move in. The last thing for upstairs is having the carpet cleaned.

One of the two white fellows doing the work is one of our former CrossFit coaches from Vector, AND, he’s written a book that I bought for my mom.

He was a great coach, and it’s such a treat to see him, his beautiful smile and his brushy beard. 😆❤️❤️

Now back to cleaning the oven.
