Cancelization

Buds insists this is not a word, but I used it yesterday when I spent 45 minutes on the phone with Direct TV to get Mom’s account…cancelized.

Okay, maybe it isn’t a word, but it’s better than many of the words I could have used yesterday as I bounced from department to department.
