Joyful Sparks

Iowa had a horrific storm, and I’m grateful that friends and family are safe, despite the destruction, and they are caring for each other as Iowans do.

And the pandemic still stalks, but Biden picked a fantastic VP choice, and that gives me hope.

So, here are a few recent sparks of joy from our life:

Exploring a friend’s island in Animal Crossing and getting the final fruit we had been missing.

When your Budapest Buddy shares the beauty of nature in her back garden.

Who knew sunflowers would bring so much joy?!

A token of love from a friend that I see multiple times a day.

Having a kiddo that can create this thing of beauty?! What’s not to love!

This dog.That’s a sad kiddo under the towel. Mocha wanted to help.

I hope those of you reading this have had a week filled with joy and laughter, and that those of you in Iowa are taking care as trees are cleared up and power restored.
