Physically Distant, Socially Connected

On our second walk of the day, Yessa chatted with Kate and Bets while they took a walk in Virginia, and after awhile I settled in for a chat with my friend Lou while Yessa walked awhile longer.

It was a treat to get to chat with her, and her husband snapped a shot of our visit.

Though she and I would prefer to be sitting on the swing in her garden together, how I savored these 30 minutes of conversation, face to face.
