The Family That WOD's Together...

Monkey and Yessa have agreed to jump back on board the CrossFit train with Buds and me.

Monkey was a CrossFit Kid back in our Reston days. The classic story that never gets old for me is that she and a buddy were the child trainers when Rich Froning got his CrossFit Kids Certification.

Yessa was the watchful sibling on the side back in those days. Then Monkey and Buds had some great times at Vector together.

Now we’re all back at it together again.

This is a newly opened CrossFit, so they had a professional photographer there to take shots last week, and we were lucky enough to have these gems show up today.
