Bathroom Day 2

More demolition for Weston today. This old bathroom is not going down without a fight.

The tile is attached to the walls with metal mesh and cement. Weston has to saw a line down the wall, then chop off the tile chunk by chunk. The one large piece that fell off managed to land on his big toe.

In the good news department, the room feels so big with the shower wall and the toilet wall gone. It even seemed taller in there.

And Buds eyes lit up when he saw the metal mesh on the walls.

“I knew it!! That dang mesh is why our WiFi signal in the bedroom is so bad!”

Unexpected bonus, bathroom remodel brings better WiFi.

Totally worth it.

Weston won’t be back until Monday and he thinks he had two more demo days to go.

Still, great progress.
