What the Italians are to coffee, the Germans are to… salad.

While I’ve been writing this post Buster asked Ginnie why are the Italians so good at coffee. She replied, “It’s consistency. No matter where you are, even at a train station or at a tiny restaurant, you get great coffee. It’s the same thing in Germany with salads.”
