New Train, New City, New Plan

We’ve checked out of our Hamburg apartment and we’re on the train to Berlin. Just like we always planned. On today. August 2nd.

This is the first high speed ICE train we’ve been on on this trip. We were grateful to have assigned seats because getting on the train was chaotic and it looks over-sold.

But we are settled in our seats in air conditioned comfort, ready to relax for an hour.
